EstimateSnap is built for contractors and tradespeople who quote on site. Describe the job, and AI drafts line items and quantities. You edit every price, then export an estimate or invoice PDF with your company details. Amounts are in Japanese yen.
EstimateSnap (App Store name: EstimateSnap: AI Estimates) is an iPhone and iPad app by Rivership, an indie studio in Tokyo, for people who give quotes on site: contractors, builders and handymen.
You attach site photos, write what the job is (the photo description and a memo), and the AI drafts line items for it. The prices it drafts are only suggestions; you check and edit them before you send anything.
The app is built around Japanese business documents: amounts are shown in Japanese yen and the tax setting offers 10%, 8% and 0% (tax-exempt) consumption tax rates. Its interface is available in English and Japanese (some screens are partly translated).
Free: up to 3 estimates. EstimateSnap Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with unlimited estimates, and can include a free trial. The prices are shown in the app.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in iOS Settings.
No account is needed and there are no ads or tracking. Estimates, company details and photos are stored on your device. To draft line items, the text you write (job description, memo and title) is sent to a server operated by Rivership, which passes it to an AI model; photos are not sent.
