What it is
ReceiptPilot is an iPhone and iPad app by Rivership, an indie studio in Tokyo. It is for freelancers and sole proprietors who keep paper receipts and want them in a spreadsheet-ready form without typing each one.
Point the camera at a receipt (or import an image). The store name, amount and date are read on the device and an expense category such as supplies, travel or meetings is suggested. A monthly summary shows spending at a glance, and the data can be exported as CSV in freee or Yayoi format.

What it does not do
