What it is
SalesMinutes is an iPhone and iPad app by Rivership, an indie studio in Tokyo. It is for salespeople who write up meetings afterwards and want a first draft of the minutes and the follow-up email.
You record the meeting. The audio is transcribed on the device and only the transcript text is sent to an AI service, which organizes decisions and open items, lists next actions and drafts a thank-you email. Output is a draft based on the recording; review it before sending. The interface and the generated text are designed mainly for Japanese business meetings.

- How do I turn a sales meeting recording into minutes? Record with one tap; the app transcribes and the AI organizes decisions, open items and to-dos.
- Can it write the thank-you email after a meeting? Yes. A follow-up email draft is generated together with the minutes.
- Is my meeting audio uploaded? No. Audio stays on the device; only the transcript text is sent to the AI.
- Will the AI invent decisions that were not said? The output is a draft grounded in the recording. It is not meant to add decisions that are not in the conversation; review before sending.
