What Tilestreak is
Tilestreak (App Store name: Tilestreak: Habit Tracker Grid; project name HabitGrid) is an iPhone app by Rivership, an indie studio in Tokyo, for tracking daily habits in a visual grid.
Each habit has its own colored grid. You mark a day with one tap and the streak count grows.

Free: up to 3 habits. Tilestreak Pro is a subscription with a free trial that unlocks unlimited habits, all color themes, share-card export and detailed reports, and removes ads. Prices are shown in the app.

No account. Habit data is stored on your device. The free version may show ads through Google AdMob, which may ask for tracking permission; Pro shows no ads.
